We are looking for a highly motivated and versatile Developer Intern to work directly with the CTO on a variety of technical projects in a fully remote setting. • Support the integration with various third-party APIs (e.g., task management systems, analytics platforms, AI services) to fetch, process, and visualize data for strategic insights and reporting.
  • Contribute to the automation of the generation, synchronization, and management of technical documentation and internal knowledge bases.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for technical improvements and automation within the company, proposing and assisting in the implementation of innovative solutions.
  • Help troubleshoot and iterate on developed tools and automations, ensuring their reliability and effectiveness.
  • Manage individual project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables in a dynamic learning environment, providing regular updates to the CTO.
  • Stay abreast of new technologies and methodologies, particularly in AI-assisted development, that could benefit internal tooling and automation efforts.

  • Critical: Demonstrated ability and keen interest in leveraging AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, LLMs for code generation/analysis) and staying at the forefront of AI applications in software engineering.
  • Proficiency in working within a Linux/macOS environment and comfortable with command-line tools.
  • Ability to work independently with guidance, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and learn new technologies quickly.
  • A proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership and a passion for using technology to solve real-world problems.
Preferred Requirements
  • Experience in full-stack web development (e.g., common front-end frameworks like React/Vue/Angular and back-end frameworks like Node.js/Django/Flask) is a strong advantage.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and their services.
  • Experience with database technologies.
  • Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
