To further strengthen our delivery process we are looking for a Project Manager to join our team for a full-time remote position. This unique position is a great opportunity to build a great career at an international company moving to the top of AI-driven software services for aviation.
Responsibilities
You will be responsible for coordination of all activities, timelines, deliverables and communication between Assaia’s teams and the customer leading to successful solution implementation.
As a Project Manager, you will report to the PMO team lead. You will collaborate closely with our development team, customer success managers, and other key stakeholders.
Further responsibilities include:
- Track project requirements and manage timelines.
- Ensure clarity of project requirements and address ambiguities as they arise.
- Manage and minimize project scope creep.
- Proactively manage risks and maintain project risk log.
- Closely collaborate with the development team.
- Provide status updates and flag potential issues early to the management.
- Together with the team leaders, work on optimizing the processes.
Requirements
- Excellent English skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience in software project management and coordination.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to maintain strong and positive relationships with customers, team members and management.
- Professional presentation skills.
- Highly organized and detail oriented.
- Able to simultaneously manage multiple priorities.
- Willing to travel up to 25% of the time.

- Familiarity with the aviation industry is a plus.
- Additionally, an understanding of machine learning and computer vision technologies will be beneficial in this role.
