We’re looking for a Senior Presales Engineer - Americas — a technical expert who thrives at the intersection of innovation and customer success. In this remote role, you’ll bridge sales and technology, showcasing how our AI-powered Turnaround Management solutions transform the way airports operate. Responsibilities
As Senior Presales Engineer - Americas, we expect you take over these responsibilities:
Subject Matter Expert: Become a subject matter expert on our computer-vision AI solution for aircraft turnaround management and be the technical authority during the sales process.
Technical Demonstrations: Deliver compelling, tailored product demonstrations and presentations to technical and business stakeholders at all levels.
Solution Design: Collaborate with the sales team, as well as other teams like Product Development, Machine Learning or Solution Architecture, to understand customer needs and design tailored solutions that highlight the unique value of our product.
Technical Scoping & Validation: Lead technical discovery sessions to uncover a customer's IT environment, existing workflows, and integration requirements.
RFP/RFI Support: Collaborate with the sales team, as well as other teams like Product Development, Machine Learning or Solution Architecture, and provide comprehensive technical and functional responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Requests for Information (RFIs).
Customer Advocacy: Act as the voice of the customer, sharing feedback with our product and engineering teams to help shape future product development (product development loop).
Company Representation: Attend conferences, tradeshows and industry events to represent the company and interact with existing and potential customers.
Market Intelligence: Stay informed on industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position our solution.
