Finance Manager

We’re looking for a highly motivated Finance Manager to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone early in their career who wants to build deep expertise, gain broad exposure, and take real ownership in a fast-paced start-up environment.

You’ll play a key role in shaping our finance function – from cash flow management to board reporting – while helping us build scalable, automated processes for the future. If you’re comfortable with change, thrive in fast-moving environments, and want to grow fast alongside the business, this role is for you.

Financial Management & Reporting

• Prepare and deliver accurate, timely monthly financial reports for Management and Board

• Lead the Management Accounts Group Consolidation process

• Manage cash flow forecasting to ensure optimal liquidity and financial stability

• Analyse and interrogate financial data for accuracy, insight, and accountability

Accounting & Controls

• Oversee AP & AR management using premium SaaS tools

• Support and improve internal controls and financial processes

• Assist in building robust documentation and scalable financial frameworks

Strategic & Operational Impact

• Lead Transfer Pricing management activities in collaboration with external specialists

• Improve and automate existing financial processes

• Build new functionality and initiatives that create measurable business value

• Operate with a high degree of autonomy while supporting leadership decision-making

• International accounting experience

• Few years of relevant work experience

• Prior B2B SaaS start-up experience preferred

• High degree of self-motivation and ownership mindset

• Early in your career and eager to build knowledge and experience

• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities

• Fluent English langue skills

• Analytical, detail-oriented, and process-driven
